The villa boasts three stylish bedrooms: the master suite features a king-size bed, ensuite shower room, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. A second bedroom, configurable as a king or twin, opens onto a balcony with vistas of Mount Teide. The third bedroom, also flexible as a king or twin, shares access to the third bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.

On the ground floor, you'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with filtered drinking water, plus a light-filled lounge with sliding doors that open onto the sun-soaked pool terrace. A separate dining room offers an alternative indoor space for meals. Downstairs, a large basement games room awaits—complete with table tennis, pool table, table football, darts, a shower room, and WC. There’s also a utility area with a washing machine and dryer, and secure garage parking.
